|Path Description:||This rigorous trail is for prepared and experienced hikers only. Bring survival tools and leave enough time. The trail is long and hilly with several small stream crossings, and many lovely views.|
|Attractions:||Gorgeous sandy beach at Lance Cove.
Twisted rock formation, Long Will also at Lance Cove.
Spectacular views of coastline and Ferryland Lighhthouse from atop Cape Broyle Head.
At this time there is no ECTA trailhead sign. Please follow Trailhead A parking directions.
|Parking & walking directions to Trailhead North:||Park at Cape Broyle Ultramar at unpaved portion (north side). Walking south, take first left (South Side Rd) past Ultramar and go to the end of road (1km) to the cul de sac. Cross down to the beach and walk along it about 4 minutes, following the black and white posts until you reach the coniferous trees at the end of a small meadow above. By a large tree next to the second black and white post, scramble up the short slope turning left to go through the woods and up the hill on a path well walked. This path continues up a hill and becomes the Cape Broyle Head Path. Follow this path east using the ECTA map for further reference.|

Heading south on Route 10, turn left in Calvert after Power's Store, drive past the fish plant and continue for approx 3.5 km, past the ball field, to the end of the paved road. Park here or drive approx 1 km on dirt road to trailhead sign for Cape Broyle Head Path.
|Parking & walking directions to Trailhead South:||Park at the end of the paved road in the road widening or drive on the gravel road extension another 800 m to the trailhead.|
