As added motivation to help us reach our $150,000 fundraising goal - we've lined up some great prizes for teams and individuals. All prizes have been donated by generous East Coast Trail supporters.

Prizes for the Top Three Fundraising Teams

1. The First Place Team

   Ocean tour with O'Brien's Boat Tours plus dinner for 10

   The top fundraising team will board O'Brien's Boston Whaler for an excursion along the coast from Bay Bulls to Petty Harbour and return. Whales, birds and icebergs provide spectacular scenery for your private party on the ocean. The day will wrap up with dinner at O'Brien's Restaurant in Bay Bulls.

2. Second Place Team

   A Zipline adventure for 10 plus "mug up"

   The second place prize is a five-hour zipline adventure for 10 with North Atlantic Ziplines (NAZ) followed by a "mug up". Located in Petty Harbour NAZ offers unparalleled adventure as you soar along rugged coastline and view a picturesque fishing village in a way you’ve never seen before. Ziplining – the height of adventure!

3. Third Place Team

   Stan Cook Sea Kayak Adventures +  Ferryland Lighthouse Picnic for 10

   Kayak among whales, icebergs and sea caves. Dip your paddle into the calm waters of Cape Broyle’s rugged coast and point your kayak straight for the adventure of a lifetime with Newfoundland’s original award-winning adventure company. These small group, custom-designed adventures are led by highly trained and ecologically knowledgably guides. When you are done cruising alongside titanic icebergs and gentle humpback whales - take a rest and enjoy a hearty picnic overlooking the Atlantic.

Prizes for the Top Three Fundraising Individuals

Everyone who participates in the Tely Hike is considered an individual fundraiser. Whether you are registered as a member of a team or as an individual you are eligible for the individual prizes.

1. First Place individual

   A weekend get-away with a catered meal for four

   Take a trip “up the shore” to a lovingly-restored saltbox vacation home located in Calvert. An ideal base for a day-trip to the Ferryland Lighthouse, a hike along the East Coast Trail or a trip to Mistaken Point. Alternatively, you could just spend the day relaxing on the deck, before you enjoy a catered meal. Fall asleep to the sounds of waves rolling onto the beach.

2. Second Place Individual

   Adventure, relaxation and rejuvenation for two

   Experience OceanQuest a world-class provider of adventure, spa services and 4-star accommodations.  Explore a sea cave or take a whale adventure, de-stress with a rejuvenating massage for two, and then top off a perfect day with a relaxing night in the jacuzzi suite at OceanQuest's 4-star accommodations.

• Tely Hike 2013 re-useable Tote Bag - one for all registered hikers
