Corporate Sponsor Recognition Program

Corporate donors and sponsors are important to the ongoing success of the East Coast Trail.  We offer five different levels of sponsorship to fit the budget of your organization.  To thank you for your commitment to the East Coast Trail sponsorships will be recognized in Tely Hike promotional materials, on the East Coast Trail website and most importantly on Tely Hike Day - where you will be recognized publicly for your valued support.  Please take a few minutes to consider the various levels of sponsorship open to your Company.

Platinum: $10,000 and over

• Recognition as a Platinum sponsor in all media promotions prior to the Tely Hike event.
• Main stage banner displayed at event venue
• Speaking opportunity at the Tely Hike event
• Name, logo and message link on our website
• Donor name or logo will be featured on marketing and promotional material, (which may include the event poster, website,Telegram Ad, event tote bag).
• Name and logo in our annual report
• Recognition in our continuous playing event day Slide Show.
• Special recognition in our post-event Thank You ad in The Telegram.
• Eligible to register a team of 10 employees at no extra cost; not eligible for fundraising prizes

Gold: $5,000 to $9,999

• Recognition as a Gold sponsor in all media promotions prior to the Tely Hike event
• Main stage banner displayed at event venue
• Name, logo and message link on our website
• Donor name or logo will be featured on marketing and promotional material, (which may include the event poster, website, Telegram Ad, event tote bag)
• Name and logo in our annual report
• Recognition in our continuous playing event day Slide Show
• Special recognition in our post-event Thank You ad in The Telegram
• Eligible to register 1 employee per $1000 donation at no extra cost; not eligible for fundraising prizes

Silver: $2,000 to $4,999

• Recognition as a Silver sponsor in all media promotions prior to the Tely Hike event.
• Name, logo and message link on our website
• Donor name or logo will be featured on marketing and promotional material, (which may include the event poster, website,Telegram Ad, event tote bag)
• Recognition in our continuous playing event day Slide Show

Bronze: $1,000 to $1,999

• Recognition as a Bronze sponsor in all media promotions prior to the Tely Hike event.

Supporters: Amounts Up to $999

• Special recognition in post-event Thank you ad in the Telegram.
